Terms of Service

Furever is an AI-powered pet health tracking application that helps pet owners monitor and manage their pets' well-being. The Service includes features such as:

• AI-driven health analysis, body condition scoring, and longevity insights.
• Pet profile management with health records, vaccination tracking, and weight logs.
• Document scanning and processing for veterinary records.
• AI-powered veterinary chat assistance.
• Location-based discovery of veterinary clinics and pet-friendly venues.

The Service is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Furever does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health concerns.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

Furever offers both free and premium subscription tiers. If you choose to subscribe to a premium plan:

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not directly collect or handle your payment information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies and must be requested through Apple.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Furever uses artificial intelligence, including technology provided by third-party providers such as Anthropic, to deliver health insights and analysis. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• AI outputs are not a replacement for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• AI analysis may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. You should not rely solely on AI-generated insights for making health decisions for your pet.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
• In any situation where your pet may be experiencing a health emergency, contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.

You retain ownership of all content you submit, upload, or create through the Service, including pet photos, health records, notes, and other data ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Furever a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.
• Your User Content does not contain any unlawful, harmful, or objectionable material.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated means to access the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service.
• Use AI features to generate content that is misleading, harmful, or deceptive.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Furever and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to: Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and any accrued obligations.
